As a Nuclear Technician, you will play a pivotal role in the safe and efficient operation of our nuclear power plant. You will monitor systems, conduct routine maintenance, and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
Responsibilities
Assist the Control Room Operator in monitoring plant operations.
Perform routine checks of instrumentation and controls to ensure accuracy.
Respond to alarms and abnormal conditions promptly.
Document maintenance and operational activities accurately and in a timely manner.
Engage in safety drills and training exercises to enhance readiness.
Establish strong relationships with other team members to foster communication and teamwork.
Requirements
Education
Matric certificate or equivalent
National Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical or Nuclear Engineering is preferred
Experience
Minimum of 2 years experience in a related field, preferably in a nuclear power plant environment.
