Job Description

The Aircraft Structure, Surfaces, Rigging, and Systems Assembler will play a key role in assembling and swaging cables essential for various aerospace applications. The ideal candidate will demonstrate keen attention to detail while adhering to quality standards.

Responsibilities

  • Compile and interpret detailed specifications for cable assembly.
  • Perform swaging operations following safety protocols.
  • Conduct quality checks on finished cable assemblies.
  • Collaborate with the engineering team on assembly innovations.
  • Train and mentor junior assemblers on best practices.
  • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives within the manufacturing process.

Requirements

Education
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Further technical education in electrical engineering is advantageous
Experience
  • Experience with various types of cable and wire preferred.
Technical Skills
  • Electrical assembly techniques

Certifications
  • ISO 9001 Training
Languages
  • English: Fluent

Advantageous

  • Experience in aerospace cable assembly: Background in assembling cables for the aerospace industry is a plus.
