Job Description

As an HR Generalist at HR Solutions Pty Ltd, you will play a vital role in managing various HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, and compliance. You will work closely with management to develop strategies that enhance employee satisfaction and promote a healthy work environment.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee the onboarding and orientation process for new hires.
  • Assist management in employee development and performance management.
  • Develop training materials and resources for staff.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in HR Management or related field
  • Master's degree is an advantage
