Job Description

We are seeking an Adhesive Bonding Machine Operator to join our team in Johannesburg. In this role, you will operate and maintain bonding machines to create high-quality loose-leaf binder covers while ensuring efficiency and quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Monitor production quality throughout the process and make adjustments to improve outcomes.
• Ensure all machinery is functioning properly before starting production runs.
• Train new team members on operating procedures and safety protocols.
• Documentation of daily production and equipment maintenance tasks.

Requirements

Education

• Relevant technical qualification is advantageous

Experience

• 2+ years of experience in adhesive bonding or related manufacturing roles
