Job Description

We are seeking a competent HR Manager to oversee all aspects of human resources, from recruitment and employee relations to compliance and performance management. This role is pivotal in fostering a positive working environment and enhancing employee engagement.

Responsibilities

  • Lead talent acquisition efforts to meet organizational staffing needs.
  • Implement HR strategies aligned with business objectives.
  • Resolve employee conflicts and promote a positive working environment.
  • Ensure compliance with employment legislation and company policies.
  • Conduct workshops on performance improvement and employee development.
  • Assist in the development of a remote work strategy.
  • Cultivate a strong employer brand to attract diverse talent.
  • Manage HR budget and resource allocation.
  • Coordinate with departmental heads for workforce planning.
  • Act as a mentor and advisor to junior HR staff.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration with a focus on HR
  • Master's degree in Human Resources is an advantage

  • 5+ years of experience in HR management roles
