• Compile and analyze financial data to prepare financial reports.
• Manage daily accounting activities to ensure compliance and efficiency.
• Prepare and maintain budget plans and forecasts.
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and reporting standards.
• Facilitate audits and liaise with auditors.
• Supervise junior accounting staff and coordinate their activities.
• Prepare tax returns and ensure compliance with tax laws.
• Investigate discrepancies in financial records.
• Assist in the development of new financial policies.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
• Professional designation such as CA(SA) is preferred

Experience

• 3-5 years of accounting experience with a focus on financial analysis
