Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Legal Advisor to join our esteemed legal team in Johannesburg. The ideal candidate will possess expertise in corporate law, offer sound legal advice, and effectively liaise with clients to ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.

Responsibilities

• Monitor changes in legislation that may impact the firm or its clients.
• Assist in the preparation of compliance reports and submissions.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders.
• Support mergers, acquisitions, and other corporate transactions.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Law
• Postgraduate qualification in Corporate Law is preferred

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in a corporate legal environment
