Join our distinguished firm as a Legal Advisor in Durban, where you will advise clients on legal rights and obligations while guiding them through complex legal matters. We're looking for a candidate with at least five years of experience in legal advisory roles, particularly in corporate and commercial law.

Responsibilities

• Conduct training sessions on legal compliance for staff.
• Evaluate and manage legal affairs related to corporate governance.
• Collaborate with the finance team on contract negotiations.
• Prepare legal case summaries and reports.
• Attend to client inquiries and provide timely responses.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Law (LLB)
• Master's degree in Law (LLM) is preferred

Experience

• Proven track record of 5-7 years in legal advisory roles
