• Maintain candidate databases and Applicant Tracking Systems.
• Participate in job fairs and networking events.
• Follow up with candidates post-interview to enhance engagement.
• Conduct market research to understand competitor hiring trends.
• Report on recruitment metrics and KPIs to management.
• Support diversity and inclusion initiatives within recruitment.
• Develop talent pipelines for future hiring needs.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or Psychology
• Certifications like CIPD or PHR are advantageous

Experience

• 4-6 years of recruitment experience or talent acquisition
