Responsibilities

  • Promote a culture of continuous learning through employee development programs.
  • Advise employees on career development and progression opportunities.
  • Conduct exit interviews and analyze turnover trends.
  • Ensure HR compliance with local and national regulations.
  • Collaborate with department heads to identify staffing needs.
  • Maintain accurate employee records and oversee HR systems.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management or Business Administration
  • Postgraduate qualification in HR is preferred
Experience
  • 5-7 years in a managerial HR role
