Job Description

We are seeking a passionate Social Worker to join our Pretoria team. In this role, you will work directly with individuals and families in need, helping them navigate social services and access vital resources. You'll engage with the community, delivering programs that foster positive change and support.

Responsibilities

• Identify and evaluate client needs on a case-by-case basis.
• Deliver therapeutic counseling and emotional support.
• Design and lead community programs and initiatives.
• Work in partnership with various stakeholders to enhance service delivery.
• Ensure compliance with legal and ethical standards in social work.
• Prepare and present reports to management on client outcomes.
• Facilitate support groups and community engagement activities.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Social Work or related field
• Master's degree in Social Work is preferred

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in social work or community services

• Experience working in a non-profit setting: Previous experience within a non-profit organization, especially in social work.
