Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic Project Manager to coordinate and drive project activities in our Johannesburg office. This role requires strong leadership skills, as well as the ability to manage multiple projects concurrently while ensuring stakeholder alignment.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee the daily operations of project teams, ensuring adherence to project plans.
  • Facilitate communication between stakeholders and project teams.
  • Manage project risks and issues, providing solutions to any challenges that arise.
  • Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.
  • Engage in vendor and stakeholder contract negotiations when necessary.
  • Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards and stakeholder expectations.
  • Conduct regular team meetings to track progress and discuss project changes.
  • Foster a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement within project teams.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Business Administration, or relevant field
  • PMP or equivalent certification is preferred
Experience
  • 5+ years of experience in project management
