Job Description

As a Warehouse Supervisor at General Logistics Ltd., you will oversee daily warehouse operations, ensuring all processes run smoothly and efficiently. You will supervise a team of warehouse staff, manage inventory and implement safety protocols to maintain a productive work environment in Durban.

Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate warehouse staff to achieve operational targets.
• Implement and optimize warehouse management systems.
• Analyze performance data to identify areas for improvement.
• Ensure effective communication among warehouse and transport teams.
• Prepare reports on warehouse activities for senior management.
• Address any issues or concerns raised by staff promptly.

Requirements

Education

• National Diploma in Logistics or Supply Chain Management
• Bachelor's degree is an advantage

Experience

• 3-5 years of experience in a supervisory role within a warehouse environment
