Job Description

We are seeking a passionate Customer Success Manager in Pretoria who will be responsible for building strong relationships with our clients and ensuring their overall satisfaction with our services. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in customer success roles, along with excellent interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

  • Lead client check-ins to review success and address any issues.
  • Collaborate with customer support to resolve escalated customer concerns.
  • Develop success plans for key accounts to drive satisfaction.
  • Guide clients through product updates and enhancements.
  • Engage in continuous learning to stay updated on industry trends.
  • Provide feedback to product teams on client preferences and needs.
  • Manage and report on customer satisfaction metrics and KPIs.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field

  • 3+ years in customer engagement or related field
