Job Description

We're seeking a dedicated Social Worker to join our team to provide comprehensive support to clients. You will conduct case assessments, deliver counseling, and connect clients with necessary community resources. Your role will be integral in enabling individuals and families to navigate life's challenges and improve their circumstances.

Responsibilities

• Document client interactions clearly and accurately.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Social Work or related field
• Master's degree in Social Work is preferred

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in social work or a related field
