Job Description

As a Customer Success Manager at Leading Customer Solutions, you will be the voice of the customer. Your responsibilities will include guiding clients through onboarding, providing tailored support, and identifying upsell opportunities to ensure our customers achieve their business goals.

Responsibilities

  • Establish and nurture relationships with key clients.
  • Monitor customer satisfaction and address any issues promptly.
  • Provide training and resources to clients to optimize their use of our products.
  • Identify and escalate account issues to relevant internal teams.
  • Assist in the development of customer onboarding processes.
  • Prepare and present account reviews and performance reports.
  • Collaborate with product teams to relay customer feedback and suggestions.
  • Facilitate communication between clients and our support team to ensure smooth operations.
  • Support marketing efforts to enhance customer engagement.
  • Developing and delivering workshops and webinars for clients.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, or related field
Experience
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in customer success or account management
