Responsibilities

  • Act as the main contact point for customer queries.
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot customer issues with empathy.
  • Document all interactions in the CRM system.
  • Educate customers about our products and services.
  • Promote upselling opportunities while resolving issues.
  • Assist in creating FAQs and customer help guides.
  • Monitor customer feedback and report it to management.

Requirements

Education
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is preferred
Experience
  • 2-4 years of experience in a customer support role
