Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Attenuator Operator to be part of our dedicated team. In this role, you will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and removal of noise barriers, ensuring compliance with quality and safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Install noise barriers according to project designs and specifications.
• Maintain noise barriers to assure their effectiveness in reducing sound.
• Remove noise barriers when projects are completed, ensuring safe practices.
• Utilize specialized tools and machinery to complete installations efficiently.
• Complete all work in alignment with quality standards and timelines.
• Communicate effectively with site supervisors and project stakeholders.
• Keep detailed records of work done and materials used.
• Adhere to occupational health and safety protocols at all times.
• Attend training sessions to improve skills in noise control and vibration measurement.
• Contribute to a collaborative and positive work environment.

Requirements

Education

• Higher Certificate or Diploma in a relevant field

Experience

• 5 years' experience in a noise control role in construction environments

Technical Skills

• Construction Safety Standards

Soft Skills

• Problem-Solving

Certifications

• Certification in Occupational Health and Safety

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Experience in Environmental Noise Management: Practical experience in managing noise in environmental settings.
• Familiarity with International Standards: Knowledge of international guidelines and best practices for noise control.
