Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated Human Resources Manager to lead our HR initiatives and drive engagement strategies in Johannesburg. As a key member of our leadership team, you'll manage the HR operations, including recruitment, training, and employee relations. Responsibilities

  • Prepare monthly HR metrics for management review.
  • Lead employee engagement initiatives to foster a motivated workforce.
  • Act as a mentor and coach for HR staff.
  • Stay informed on HR trends and best practices to maintain a competitive edge.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
  • Master's degree in HR Management or Business Administration is preferred
