Job Description

As a HR Generalist, you will play a vital role in bridging management and employee relations. Your responsibilities will include administering employee benefits, dealing with employee grievances, and implementing HR policies that enhance the work environment.

Responsibilities

  • Lead recruitment campaigns and manage the selection process.
  • Serve as a point of contact for employees on HR-related matters.
  • Support compliance audits and represent the company during investigations.
  • Develop and track HR metrics and reports for management review.
  • Engage in workforce planning and talent management.
  • Ensure all HR documentation is compliant and accurately maintained.
  • Assist managers in performance management and training needs analysis.
  • Promote employee engagement initiatives and enhance workplace satisfaction.
  • Facilitate performance review processes and feedback mechanisms.

Requirements

Education
  • Diploma in Human Resources Management or relevant field
Experience
  • 2+ years of HR experience preferred

Languages
  • English: Fluent
