Responsibilities

• Assess educational programs and suggest improvements based on student needs.
• Ensure compliance with local and national regulations regarding special education.
• Create a positive learning environment that fosters inclusivity.
• Maintain accurate records of student progress and interventions.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to strategic planning for special education initiatives.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Education, Psychology, or a related field
• Master's degree in Special Education preferred

Experience

• 3-5 years experience working in special education programs

• Behavior Management

Certifications

• Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)

Languages

• English: Fluent
• Afrikaans: Conversational
