Job Description

We are seeking a Learning and Development Specialist to lead the strategy and execution of training programs aimed at employee growth. The ideal candidate will design impactful learning experiences and leverage innovative techniques to engage participants.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement engaging training programs for various employee levels.
• Conduct needs analysis to identify skills gaps and training requirements.
• Facilitate workshops and training sessions in both in-person and virtual settings.
• Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and recommend improvements.
• Collaborate with department heads to align training initiatives with business objectives.
• Implement learning technologies to enhance the training experience.
• Assist in the development of onboarding programs for new hires.
• Promote a culture of continuous learning within the organization.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in a related field is required
• Master's degree or relevant certifications preferred

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in L&D, corporate training, or talent development
