Job Description

We are seeking a motivated Healthcare Administrator to oversee the operations and administration of our healthcare facilities in Johannesburg. The ideal candidate will have a passion for healthcare, strong organizational skills, and the ability to work effectively within a team. This role involves managing staff, optimizing processes, and ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate patient flow and optimize scheduling processes.
  • Monitor inventory levels and manage supplies for healthcare facilities.
  • Address patient inquiries and complaints in a professional manner.
  • Facilitate training and continuing education for staff members.
  • Collaborate with department heads to enhance service delivery.
  • Analyze data to inform decision-making and policy development.
  • Engage in community outreach and foster partnerships with other health entities.
  • Maintain accurate records and ensure confidentiality of patient information.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Health Services Administration
  • Master's degree in Public Health is preferred

  • 5+ years of experience in healthcare administration or management
