E-commerce Manager

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced E-commerce Manager to drive our online sales strategy and enhance our brand's digital presence. You will be responsible for managing all aspects of our e-commerce platform, including website optimization, digital marketing, and analytics. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of e-commerce best practices and excellent leadership skills to guide our marketing team.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with the marketing team to develop attractive promotional campaigns.
• Ensure compliance with all regulations related to e-commerce and consumer protection.
• Evaluate website performance through A/B testing and analytics tools.
• Manage budgets for digital campaigns and assess ROI.
• Create monthly performance reports and present findings to stakeholders.
• Foster relationships with external partners and vendors to enhance e-commerce capabilities.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Commerce or related field
• Master's degree is a plus

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in digital marketing or e-commerce direction
