Job Description

We are on the lookout for an experienced Housekeeping Manager to join our vibrant team in Cape Town. You will be responsible for overseeing the housekeeping department, ensuring that high standards of cleanliness and order are met throughout the property. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a passion for hospitality.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and motivate the housekeeping team to achieve departmental goals.
  • Create cleaning schedules and assign tasks to staff members.
  • Monitor and resolve guest complaints related to housekeeping.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Report maintenance issues and ensure prompt resolution.

Requirements

Education
  • Matric (Grade 12) or equivalent
  • Diploma in Hospitality Management or related field is advantageous
Experience
  • 3+ years of experience in housekeeping management within the hospitality industry
