Responsibilities

• Set up equipment and perform soldering tasks on various electronic components.
• Conduct quality checks on soldered components and report findings.
• Manage inventory of soldering materials and report shortages to supervisors.
• Engage in troubleshooting soldering-related issues on the production line.
• Keep the work area organized and free of hazards at all times.
• Collaborate with engineering teams on product design adjustments to improve manufacturability.
• Implement suggestions for process improvements in soldering and assembly.
• Follow all company safety guidelines and maintain compliance with industry standards.
• Document all soldering tasks completed, ensuring traceability and accountability.
• Attend team meetings to discuss production goals and schedules.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Certification in electronics or related fields is a plus

Experience

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar production environment.

Technical Skills

• Automated soldering equipment
• IPC soldering standards knowledge

Soft Skills

• Self-motivated
• Time management

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Experience in a similar manufacturing environment: Previous work experience in an electronic components manufacturing setting.
