Job Description

As an Event Planner at Event Horizons, you will be responsible for designing and executing unforgettable events. You'll work closely with clients to understand their needs, manage logistics, and ensure that every event runs smoothly from start to finish.

Responsibilities

  • Plan and execute events of various sizes, from intimate gatherings to large conventions.
  • Monitor event budgets and provide detailed financial reports to management.
  • Stay updated on industry trends to bring fresh ideas to clients.
  • Provide excellent customer service before, during, and after events.
  • Train and supervise junior staff and volunteers at events.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field
  • Additional certifications in PR or Marketing is a plus
Experience
  • 3-5 years of experience in a similar role
