Job Description

As a Quality Assurance Engineer, you will play a critical role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our software products. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, developing and executing detailed test plans and cases, while identifying and addressing bugs to enhance user experience.

Responsibilities

• Review software requirements and develop test strategies.
• Use testing tools and methodologies to identify software deficiencies.
• Communicate findings effectively to the development and management teams.
• Help establish quality metrics and monitor their implementation.
• Take an active role in project planning and management discussions.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Software Engineering or a related field

Experience

• 4+ years of experience in QA engineering

Technical Skills

• Scripting Languages

• Communication Skills

Certifications

• Certified Software Quality Analyst (CSQA)

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Experience with performance testing tools: Hands-on experience using tools like LoadRunner or JMeter to evaluate application performance.
