Job Description

As an E-commerce Specialist, you will play a crucial role in managing and optimizing our online sales channels. You will leverage your expertise to develop and implement effective e-commerce strategies, enhance customer engagement, and drive online sales growth.

Responsibilities

• Develop email marketing campaigns to drive repeat purchases.
• Work closely with the IT team to troubleshoot website issues.
• Track and report on key performance indicators related to e-commerce sales.
• Participate in regular meetings with stakeholders to present findings and recommendations.
• Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in e-commerce.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in E-commerce, Marketing, or relevant field
• Master's degree preferred

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in e-commerce management or digital sales

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Familiarity with A/B testing methodologies: Knowledge of A/B testing for optimizing marketing strategies.
