Job Description

As a Customer Success Manager, you'll be the critical link between our clients and the company, ensuring our customers achieve their desired outcomes while using our products. Your role will involve onboarding new clients, managing relationships, and providing ongoing support to foster loyalty and satisfaction.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute customer engagement plans to drive value and retention.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries and support.
  • Track customer satisfaction and implement improvement initiatives.
  • Assist in resolving customer complaints and escalations promptly.
  • Analyze customer feedback to guide product enhancement.
  • Facilitate internal communications to ensure customer needs are met.
  • Prepare reports on customer success metrics and performance indicators.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in relevant fields e.g., Business Administration
  • Master's degree is a plus
Experience
  • 4+ years of direct experience in customer success or similar positions
