Responsibilities
Lead talent acquisition efforts to fill available positions efficiently.
Facilitate employee engagement programs and initiatives.
Ensure adherence to HR policies and facilitate changes as needed.
Support HR Manager in developing strategic HR initiatives.
Coordinate health and safety programs within the workplace.
Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR policies and procedures.
Help manage employee benefits and payroll administration.
Contribute to diversity and inclusion initiatives within the company.
Requirements
Education
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or related field
HR certification is a plus

3-5 years of experience in a similar HR role
