Job Description

We're on the lookout for a Customer Service Representative to provide top-notch support to our customers. As the first point of contact, you'll play a key role in enhancing customer satisfaction and ensuring smooth communication between the company and our clients.

Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer questions via phone, email, or live chat.
  • Assist customers with product selections and order placements.
  • Provide feedback to management on recurring customer issues.
  • Support the training of new team members.

Requirements

Education
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Bachelor's degree is a plus
