Job Description

As an Agricultural Scientist, you will contribute to transformative agricultural research in Port Elizabeth. You'll focus on developing sustainable practices, improving crop varieties, and utilizing innovative technology to support local farming communities.

Responsibilities

  • Research and develop innovative agricultural techniques.
  • Monitor field conditions and crop health throughout the growing season.
  • Prepare grant proposals for funding agricultural research projects.
  • Collaborate with universities and research institutions.
  • Analyze data and prepare reports on research outcomes.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Agricultural Science or related field
  • Postgraduate qualifications in a relevant field are preferred
