Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Design experiments to test new product ideas and enhancements.
  • Evaluate ingredient performance and functionality.
  • Work closely with quality assurance to resolve product issues.
  • Conduct market research to identify consumer needs and preferences.
  • Lead product tasting events and gather consumer insights.
  • Ensure documentation adheres to regulatory standards.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project success.
  • Develop training materials for new product rollouts.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Food Technology or related field
  • Master's degree is advantageous
Experience
  • 3+ years working in food product design
