Job Description

We are seeking an enthusiastic Client Relations Specialist to join our team in Port Elizabeth. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing client accounts and ensuring excellent service delivery. You will build strong relationships with clients, understand their needs, and ensure they receive exceptional service throughout our engagement.

Responsibilities

• Ensure the timely and accurate processing of client requests.
• Foster long-term, productive relationships with clients across various channels.
• Track and document all client communications in the CRM system.
• Initiate and implement strategies to improve client experience.
• Conduct client satisfaction surveys and report results.

Requirements

Education

• Degree in Communication or Marketing is preferred

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in client services or account management

Languages

• English: Fluent
