As a Customer Support Representative, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring customer satisfaction by providing assistance and resolving issues efficiently. Responsibilities

  • Serve as the first point of contact for customer inquiries.
  • Provide detailed explanations and walkthroughs of services and products.
  • Escalate complex issues to the appropriate departments.
  • Maintain knowledge of current promotions and policies to inform customers.
  • Assist customers in troubleshooting technical issues.
  • Evaluate customer satisfaction and gather feedback for service improvement.
  • Process returns and exchanges according to company policies.
  • Support team by sharing successful strategies and solutions.

Requirements

Education
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field is preferred
Experience
  • 2-3 years of experience in a customer-facing role
