We are seeking a proactive HR Generalist to support our growing workforce in Johannesburg. The ideal candidate will be responsible for various HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, and compliance with company policies.
Responsibilities
Support the recruitment and onboarding of new employees.
Manage employee relations and support performance evaluations.
Ensure legal compliance with employment regulations.
Enhance workplace culture through employee engagement initiatives.
Maintain and update HR policies as needed.
Conduct training and development activities.
Provide support in payroll and benefits administration.
Prepare and maintain employee records accurately.
Analyze HR metrics to improve processes.
Facilitate communication between management and staff.
Requirements
Education
Bachelor's degree in Organizational Psychology or related field
Relevant HR certifications are a plus
