Responsibilities

• Lead design projects from conception through production.
• Conduct research to support design decisions.
• Analyze performance data and suggest improvements.
• Coordinate with suppliers and vendors for material sourcing.
• Ensure designs meet cost and quality objectives.
• Mentor junior engineering staff and interns.
• Work with manufacturing teams to resolve production issues.
• Conduct risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies.
• Prepare presentations for stakeholder reviews.
• Facilitate cross-functional collaboration to achieve project goals.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field
• Master's degree in relevant engineering discipline is advantageous

Experience

• 5+ years in mechanical engineering roles with project management experience
