You will oversee all aspects of project management, including resource allocation, stakeholder communication, and compliance with regulations. Responsibilities

  • Establish and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • Track project deliverables using project management tools.
  • Prepare comprehensive project documentation and reports.
  • Conduct project audits and ensure compliance with best practices.
  • Provide mentorship and guidance to junior project team members.
  • Develop and implement process improvements for project efficiency.
  • Manage changes to project scope, schedule, and costs.
  • Conduct regular project reviews to ensure alignment with goals.
  • Facilitate knowledge sharing and best practice sessions within the team.
  • Assess vendor performance and manage relationships.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field
  • Master's degree preferred
Experience
  • 5+ years of experience in managing large-scale projects
