Job Description

We are seeking a Supply Chain Manager to oversee and optimize our supply chain processes. The ideal candidate will manage end-to-end supply chain operations to ensure efficiency, compliance, and strong supplier relationships.

Responsibilities

• Oversee procurement processes, ensuring compliance with company policies.
• Manage supplier contracts and negotiations to enhance service delivery.
• Implement forecasting and inventory management techniques.
• Identify and mitigate supply chain risks to ensure continuity.
• Lead initiatives around sustainability and ethical sourcing in the supply chain.
• Develop KPIs to measure the effectiveness of supply chain operations.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration or related field
• Master's degree is advantageous

Experience

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in global supply chain management
