Job Description

We are currently seeking a skilled Crushing, Grinding, and Polishing Machine Operator to oversee the operation and maintenance of shot blast machines. You will play a vital role in ensuring the efficient cleaning and finishing of materials, contributing to the quality of our products.

Responsibilities

• Set up and calibrate shot blast machines for optimal efficiency.
• Perform regular checks and troubleshooting of machinery problems.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations at all times.
• Keep detailed records of machine settings and any changes made.
• Work in tandem with other departments to ensure seamless production.
• Conduct routine inspections to ensure equipment is running at peak performance.
• Train junior operators on machinery operation and safety protocols.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity.
• Provide feedback on machine performance to management.
• Assist in the implementation of new operational procedures.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Certification in manufacturing processes is a plus

Experience

• Experience in the manufacturing or industrial sector is advantageous.
