Responsibilities

• Groom pets according to breed standards and owner preferences.
• Educate pet owners on proper pet care and maintenance between grooming sessions.
• Provide the highest level of customer service to pet owners.
• Collaborate with other team members to ensure efficient grooming operations.
• Continuously evaluate and improve grooming techniques.
• Assist with administrative tasks such as appointment scheduling.

Requirements

Education

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Diploma in Animal Care or related field preferred

Experience

• 2+ years of experience in a grooming salon or similar setting

Technical Skills

• Grooming tools knowledge
• Pet behavior understanding

Certifications

• Certified Pet Stylist
