Responsibilities
Oversee all aspects of motel operations.
Ensure high levels of guest satisfaction through exceptional customer service.
Hire, train, and manage staff schedules and performance evaluations.
Create and implement strategies to boost revenue and enhance guest experiences.
Ensure compliance with all local laws and regulations.
Maintain a safe and clean environment for both guests and staff.
Address customer complaints professionally and promptly.
Prepare financial reports and budgets regularly.
Manage inventory and upkeep of supplies for daily operations.
Keep updated on hospitality industry trends and insights.
Requirements
Education
Diploma in Hospitality Management or equivalent.
Experience
At least 5 years of experience within the hospitality industry, with 2 years in a supervisory role.
