In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective social media strategies that engage users and enhance our clients' brands. You will work closely with various departments to create content that resonates with audiences and drives engagement.

Responsibilities

• Formulate strategies for increasing social media presence and engagement.
• Drive creative content initiatives using multimedia such as images, videos, and blogs.
• Monitor online sentiment and public perception of the brand.
• Track the latest developments in social media and adapt strategies accordingly.
• Collaborate with the PR team to manage brand reputation online.
• Prepare reports on social media activity for upper management review.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
• Master's degree preferred

Experience

• 3-5 years of experience in social media management
