Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our Durban team. In this role, you will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing exceptional service to enhance customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills and a passion for helping others.

Responsibilities

  • Manage inbound and outbound customer communications.
  • Identify and assess customers' needs to achieve satisfaction.
  • Document all interactions in the customer relationship management system.
  • Train and support customers in using products or services.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Provide feedback on customer trends and insights to management.
  • Contribute to a positive team environment.
  • Assist with special projects as assigned.

Requirements

Education
  • Matric certificate or equivalent
  • Diploma in Customer Service or Hospitality is preferred
Experience
  • 3+ years of experience in customer service roles
Technical Skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite
  • Experience with ticketing systems
Soft Skills
  • Problem-solving skills

Languages
  • English: Fluent
  • Afrikaans: Conversational
