Responsibilities

  • Work with the management team to develop service standards and protocols.
  • Identify common customer issues and report them to management.
  • Assist in creating self-help resources for customers to use.
  • Participate in team meetings and provide feedback on service improvements.

Requirements

Education
  • Post-secondary education in a relevant field is preferred
Experience
  • 3+ years of experience in customer service roles
