Responsibilities

• Integrate sustainability practices within mechanical designs.
• Conduct testing and performance evaluations of prototypes.
• Assist in constructing models for simulation purposes.
• Provide engineering support during manufacturing phases.
• Mentor junior engineers and interns.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent
• Practical experience with engineering software preferred

Experience

• 3-5 years of relevant experience in engineering roles

Technical Skills

• AutoCAD
• Finite Element Analysis (FEA)

Soft Skills

• Effective communication
• Adaptability

Certifications

• Lean Six Sigma Certification
• Engineering Management Certification

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Proficiency in programming languages like Python: Experience in using programming for automation of engineering tasks.
