The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing staff, ensuring outstanding guest experiences, and optimizing operational efficiency while maintaining high standards. Responsibilities

  • Supervise all aspects of restaurant operations including front and back of house.
  • Conduct regular training sessions for staff to maintain high service standards.
  • Develop promotional strategies to increase customer engagement and sales.
  • Maintain relationships with suppliers and negotiate contracts to improve cost management.
  • Monitor customer satisfaction and implement changes based on feedback.
  • Conduct performance reviews and set goals for the team.
  • Ensure compliance with licensing laws, health and safety, and food safety standards.
  • Assist in menu planning and pricing strategies to maximize profitability.

Requirements

Education
  • Degree in Hospitality Management or Business Administration
Experience
  • 5+ years of experience in a management role within the hospitality industry
