Job Description

As a Brand Manager, you will strategize and execute integrated marketing communications to enhance brand loyalty and drive market share. Your role will involve collaborating with creative teams to create compelling brand stories that connect with consumers on a personal level.

Responsibilities

  • Create and oversee production of marketing collateral and promotional materials.
  • Lead cross-team collaboration on branding projects.
  • Identify and leverage new marketing technologies to enhance brand visibility.
  • Mentor and develop marketing team members, fostering their professional growth.
  • Train staff on brand standards and guidelines.
  • Establish and manage the brand’s social media strategy and presence.
  • Manage partnerships with external agencies and vendors.
  • Evaluate consumer insights to inform decision-making.
  • Effectively communicate brand value propositions internally and externally.
  • Optimize brand experiences across all consumer touchpoints.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
  • Master's degree in Marketing or Communications is preferred
Experience
  • 5+ years of experience in a similar role
