Responsibilities

• Lead structural design projects from concept through completion.
• Conduct peer reviews of project designs and analyses.
• Assess risks and develop mitigation strategies.
• Prepare and present technical reports to clients and stakeholders.
• Stay updated on industry trends and developments in structural engineering.
• Collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams to integrate structural solutions.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
• Master's degree in Structural Engineering is preferred

Experience

• 5+ years of engineering experience in structural projects

Technical Skills

• Finite Element Analysis
• Steel and Concrete Design

Soft Skills

• Leadership
• Attention to Detail

Certifications

• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is a plus

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Experience in seismic design: Knowledgeable in designing structures to withstand seismic events.
• Proficiency in BIM software: Experience with Building Information Modelling to enhance design accuracy.
